We love to welcome couples, their families and their friends to our family home to make it their very own home for a whole weekend. We, as a family, are passionate about Pauntley and really enjoy sharing the magic and special unique character of this house and its stunning gardens.
Nestling in the Gloucestershire countryside with only the 16th century Dovecote and the Norman church as its neighbours, you will see the rosy glow of the house as you start to crest the hill.
The friendly and fantastic Pauntley Team will help you create your dreams and work with your ideas and wishes, supporting you to make sure your exclusive event the very best it can be. Melissa loves to meet you and show you around the house and gardens and tell you all about the colourful characters that have been associated with Pauntley, beginning with Dick Whittington who was born here in 1352. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
We booked Pauntley Court for our intimate wedding weekend in June 2022 and we regret nothing! The venue is beyond beautiful with lovely, well-kept gardens. The rooms are also very impressive, all individually decorated with their own character. All our guests commented throughout the wedding and since returning home about how lovely the venue was. Unfortunately, we weren't able to have our wedding outside as planned, thanks to the great British weather, but the team at Pauntley were so responsive, attentive and caring about swapping round our decorations to move us inside. We want to make a special mention to Rachel, who helped us throughout the weekend to keep the house clean and tidy and also cooked us an amazing breakfast on the Sunday morning. Also, a big thank you to Rebecca and Melissa who were also fantastic, ensuring our day was perfect throughout. If you want a unique wedding venue, that no one will forget, book Pauntley court!
